Muhabbet Kuşu ve Papağanlarda Klebsiella pneumonia Varlığının ve Fenotipik Direnç Profillerinin Saptanması

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the presence of Klebsiella pneumoniae and phenotypically carbapenemase, extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL), acquired-AmpC beta-lactamase, multiple antibiotic resistance isolates in faeces budgerigars parrots. A total 96 faecal samples belonging 54 42 parrots were used study. Cultivation performed on various media for identification pneuomiae from collected stool samples. Beta-lactam, aminoglycoside, fluoroquinolone, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, sulphonamide groups multidrug Isolates with 3 or more Sulphonamide accepted as multidrug-resistant isolates. isolated 2 (3.7%) budgerigars, 1 (2.3%) parrot (3.1%) total. No phenotypic detected any a result confirming Multidrug only one isolate. The multi-resistant cage birds that have close relationships humans has been revealed.
